English 69 is a one-unit tutoring course designed for all City College students to become familiar with the use of computers as writing tools. English 69 is offered through the English/ESL Writing Centers in JH303 by add card through the 14th week of each semester. No appointments are necessary: Students may use the Writing Centers during open hours--mornings, afternoons, evenings, and Saturdays.
Tutors and instructors are available for one-on-one tutoring on the papers and homework students may already have from other courses, or on an individualized basis.
For credit, students should record twenty hours study in the Writing Centers and complete, edit with a tutor, and submit two sample on-line lessons.
